Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Supervisors:

We are responsible for developing behavior support plans, individualized goals, and all programming. We work with parents and caregivers to incorporate goals that are meaningful for the child’s family and the child specifically. Our job is to provide supervision to technicians on a weekly basis to ensure all programs are effective and are ran correctly.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT)

We are responsible for working 1:1 with your child. We work closely under the BCBA and run programs and treatment as written. We work on teaching your child foundational skills including but not limited to communication, social, play, self help and behavioral. We strive to make sure your child is having fun, learning and excited to be here!
